Servicor® Modular Cleanrooms

To isolate specific areas in a manufacturing environment, Nortek Air Solutions offers freestanding hardwall, softwall, stretchwall or flush wall cleanroom systems in custom sizes, shapes, materials, and components, including individual workstations, to match your requirements.

Servicor is a recognized leader in the design and fabrication of truly modular, self-supporting cleanrooms backed by world-class service to meet our customers’ requirements. We offer cleanrooms with the industry’s highest-quality design to meet most cleanliness levels—from ISO 4 to 9 Class 10 to 100,000 and USP 797/800—using the most cost-effective combination of construction materials.

Clean-Trak® Ultralite Cleanroom Ceiling Grids

The Clean-Trak® Ultralite Cleanroom Ceiling Grid is Nortek Air Solutions’ latest innovation in controlled environment ceiling systems, purpose-built to meet the evolving needs of the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing environments. Designed with ease of installation and sanitation in mind, Clean-Trak Ultralite offers a streamlined, flush ceiling solution without compromising performance or compliance.

Whether you’re retrofitting an existing space or building a new controlled environment, Clean-Trak Ultralite delivers a high-quality, scalable solution. It’s a threaded rod suspension system with flush ceiling pans and features our proprietary edge design to simplify sealant application and support aseptic conditions.

Clean-Trak® Modular Cleanroom Ceiling Grids

Integrated ceiling systems supporting lighting, HEPA filtration, and fire protection for scalable cleanroom builds and large-format ISO environments.

The Clean-Trak® modular flush-surface ceiling system is available in several versions, including modular top and bottom-load systems, gasketed and gel flush ceilings, with integrated lighting and fire protection.

CleanPak® Fan Filter Units

Our fan filter units (FFUs) incorporate a highly efficient backward curved plenum fan with a high-efficiency brushless DC motor.

Our FFUs reduce operating costs and provide an unprecedented amount of monitoring and control features for seamless fab operation.

Flex-Trak Grid Ceiling System

The Flex-Trak cleanroom ceiling is a high-performance walkable stick-built gasketed T grid system that, in its Hybrid version, has the ability to optionally be pre-assembled in modules.

The anodized aluminum grid profiles feature side T-slot channels that allow for flexibility in layout configurations. They also feature top and bottom slots for grid suspension and below grid suspension. The nuts into all channels drop into place to enable hardware installation at any time.

The grid cross sticks optionally feature a port bracket that allows for installation of flexible fire protection hoses or other electrical or instrumentation devices.

The grid extrusion also incorporates a slot for accepting an optional rotating flange to allow for bottom-loading of components.

Cleanroom Solutions FAQs

What ISO classifications can Nortek cleanroom systems support?
Systems support ISO 3 through ISO 9 depending on system configuration, airflow design, and filtration strategy.
What is the difference between a cleanroom ceiling grid, plenum, and FFU system?
A ceiling grid provides the structural framework for filters and lighting. A plenum distributes unidirectional airflow evenly. An FFU integrates a fan and HEPA filter into a modular ceiling unit for scalable airflow control.
Do I need a dedicated cleanroom air handling unit?
Most cleanrooms require a dedicated recirculating air handling unit and often a makeup air unit to control temperature, humidity, pressurization, and air change rates.
Can cleanrooms be added to an existing facility?
Yes. Modular cleanrooms can be installed inside existing facilities and phased to align with capital budgets.
Are modular cleanrooms compliant with USP 797 and USP 800?
Yes. Servicor modular cleanrooms can be engineered to meet USP 797 and USP 800 requirements.
How long does a cleanroom project take?
Project duration depends on size and complexity. Modular systems typically deploy faster than traditional stick-built construction.
What impacts cleanroom operating costs?
Air change rate, fan energy consumption, static pressure design, filtration strategy, and humidity control all influence operating costs.
Does Lumin-Air provide design-assist and budgeting?
Yes. Lumin-Air provides Indiana-based support for concept layouts, budgeting, product selection, and coordination with EPCs and general contractors.
